Inquiry & specification
Choose model year, trim, colour and quantity. We confirm availability and send FOB or CIF pricing.

Proforma invoice
A proforma invoice (PI) fixes the vehicles, delivery timeline and payment terms (T/T or L/C at sight).

Inspection
Vehicles are checked before loading. Third-party inspection, such as SGS, can be arranged on request.

Ro-Ro / 40HQ loading
Vehicles are lashed inside containers or driven onto a Ro-Ro vessel at a Chinese port such as Shanghai or Ningbo.

Documents & delivery
Original documents — bill of lading, certificate of origin, packing list, commercial invoice — are sent for customs clearance.
