What we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect the details you enter: name or company, email address, WhatsApp/WeChat number, destination country, vehicle interest, quantity and your message. We also record the website language you used.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring site. If you decline, analytics is not loaded.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and proforma invoices, and follow up on orders you request. Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful to buyers.
Who receives it
Inquiries are delivered to our sales team through our internal messaging tools. Analytics data is processed by Google. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry data as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and to meet accounting or legal obligations.
